Bklout Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bklout! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at blkouthoodie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.
If you need a different size, colour, or item, email us at blkouthoodie@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange your exchange once the original item is returned.
All exchange items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Customers are also responsible for the shipping fees when sending an item back for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact blkouthoodie@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace or refund it promptly.
